Free Yoga classes in Boyd Park, Nundah. This is a GOLD event suitable for seniors. All adults welcome. 9:30am-10:30am Tuesday's ** 14th July - 15th December 2026. 14, 21, 28 July &. 4 August with Mandy covering the classes. Meet under the trees between the Nundah Northgate RSL Hall (green building) close to the library. Please bring along your yoga mat or towel to practice on. Optional byo: * ground sheet or tarp, under your yoga mat, if the ground is cool or slightly damp * water bottle * sun protection * anything that you might need to support your comfort during the class * an eye pillow; towel/shawl/blanket; socks to have as a cover during relaxation to invite a deeper relaxation * friends family, neighbours, colleagues ** weather conditions permitting** 'This activity has been funded by Brisbane City Council as part of Council’s Move Well Brisbane.'
