As the full moon illuminates the night sky, take a pause from the busyness of everyday life and return to your body through a nourishing combination of ceremonial cacao, gentle Yin Yoga, guided meditation and soothing sound. Your 60-minute experience includes: - Ceremonial Cacao: Begin with a warm cup of cacao and a moment to set an intention for the evening. - Candlelit Yin Yoga: Sink into gentle, accessible postures supported by bolsters and blankets, allowing your body to soften and your mind to slow down. - Guided Meditation: A grounding meditation to create space for reflection, presence and inner connection. - Sound Journey: Close with the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, allowing yourself to rest in stillness. Plus you will receive a $50 wellness voucher to use for KOKO massage/Nutrition coaching/Facial or 1:1 Breathwork.
