Once the body settles, we gently explore wider states of awareness and presence. What you'll explore: • Somatic and body-based meditation • Breath techniques to calm the nervous system • Building resilience, focus and inner stability • Expanded states of awareness and presence • Simple practices to keep using at home Open to everyone, from complete beginners to regular meditators and BIYOME students.
