What you resist persists. This half-day retreat offers a gentler way to meet what is hard. Through guided inquiry meditation, we look at anxiety, emotional suffering and relationship stress from a new angle, reducing inner conflict by changing our relationship to thought, resistance and experience itself. What you'll explore: • Guided inquiry meditation • Working with anxious and repetitive thoughts • Radical acceptance and letting go of resistance • Easing emotional suffering and relationship stress • Simple practices to keep using at home Open to everyone, from complete beginners to regular meditators and BIYOME students. This retreat is part of our monthly CPD06 Mindfulness for a Meaningful Life series.
