For anyone running on empty: a half-day retreat to reset the nervous system and remember how to rest deeply. Designed for insomnia, burnout and overstimulation, this restorative retreat uses yoga nidra and deep relaxation to restore your natural capacity for sleep. We also explore dream yoga, lucid dreaming and expanded awareness through sleep. What you'll explore: • Yoga nidra (yogic sleep) for deep rest • Resetting the nervous system for better sleep • Dream yoga and lucid dreaming • Awareness through the states of sleep • Simple practices to keep using at home Open to everyone, from complete beginners to regular meditators and BIYOME students. This retreat is part of our monthly CPD06 Mindfulness for a Meaningful Life series.
