Join us for a 45 min commercial Pilates session catered to all levels, and meet some new friends while you’re there with a post workout coffee. Meet us along the river, Look out for our signage. The 45min class will start right on 7:30am so come a bit earlier to set up your spot. Bring a yoga mat or a towel to lie on, and a water bottle. Footwear/socks are optional, whatever you feel comfortable in. THIS EVENT IS OUTSIDE. IF THE WEATHER ISN'T LOOKING GOOD THE EVENT WILL BE CANCELLED.
