Rest & Receive A Monthly Sound Bath For the one who's always giving to everyone else, it's time for you to fill your cup. Whether you're a parent, carer, teacher, healthcare worker, practitioner or simply someone who spends their days looking after others, this is your invitation to pause and give to yourself. So often we're pouring from an empty cup, leaving little time to nurture ourselves. Rest & Receive is a gentle monthly space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and allow your nervous system to soften. Using the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls and drum; you'll be guided into a deeply restorative state where your body can rest, your mind can quieten and you can simply receive; without needing to do, fix or achieve anything.
