Join us at KOKO for a 60-minute evening of connection, stillness and deep relaxation. We’ll begin by sharing a warm cup of tea, creating space to arrive, settle in and leave the busyness of the day behind. Demeter will then guide you through Shanti Meditation, a gentle practice designed to encourage inner balance, emotional wellbeing and a deeper sense of connection. We’ll close with a soothing sound bath, allowing the gentle vibrations of sound to invite you into a state of rest and stillness. A little pause for yourself. A moment to breathe, reset and reconnect before the week unfolds. No experience is needed. Just come as you are.
