I started this work because I watched someone I care about leave the sector after years of giving everything, with nothing left to give back to herself. The people who are best at caring for others are often the worst at caring for themselves. Under the Tree is for practising what we tell others every day. WHAT TO BRING: Just yourself, a picnic rug (or not) & your favourite morning brew (a must!). $5 PER PERSON — less than a coffee, and a small act of choosing yourself.
