What remains when we stop doing meditation and simply rest as awareness? This half-day retreat moves beyond technique into awareness, presence and stillness. We explore classical and contemporary maps of consciousness and practise non-identification with thought, discovering a steady sense of being that is always here. What you'll explore: • Moving beyond technique into pure awareness • Classical and contemporary maps of consciousness • Non-identification with thought • Presence and stillness practices • Simple practices to keep using at home Open to everyone, from complete beginners to regular meditators and BIYOME students.
