Come join us for beginner friendly Ease Your Flow TriYoga classes in Palm Cove. Weekly classes designed and facilitated around the moon cycle and phases. You will be guided through the rejuvenating practice of TriYoga creating ease in your flow and peace in your heart. This will be Basic/Level One TriYoga. Perfect for beginners and for students wanting to deepen their posture alignment and practice. Reducing stress and bringing a sense of calm. Classes begin on Monday 7th September at 4.30pm - The Palms At Palm Cove, 32 Veivers Road, Palm Cove. We practice each week, same place, same day, same time. TriYoga is a beautifully flowing and gentle practice. The trinity of posture, breath and focus or mind, body and spirit. Benefits are numerous from improved health and vitality, and physical and mental strength and flexibility. To an increase in energy and focus, better sleep, and mental and emotional peace. We practice wonderful hip openers and wave like spinal movements that can lead to experiencing moments of bliss. Regular practice allows us to feel more at ease in our everyday life.
