Herbal Iced Teas Creations (ages 9-15)

In this creative and educational workshop, young herbalists will learn how to blend and brew their own Herbal Iced Teas using organic herbs, flowers, and more. Guided by Lily, our in-house nature alchemist, and student naturopath participants will explore the healing and medicinal benefits of each plant - such as cooling peppermint to energising hibiscus. They’ll experiment with flavour combinations, natural sweeteners, and garnishes to design their own signature iced tea blends - perfect for sipping, sharing, or bottling up for summer adventures. 🌿 A deliciously sensory workshop where wellness meets creativity - teaching kids to tune into nature’s rhythms, one refreshing sip at a time. Each child will also take home their own dried tea blend, to continue making iced teas at home. Please note our hands on workshops have limited spaces, and typically sell out.
