Meditation Sound Bath Journey

Let go of the tension and be guided back to your natural state, using sound healing and meditation. Sister duo, Alana and Dee Brennan love a good meditation and healing session. They are amplifying the vibes with a collaboration for you. A sound bath journey experience offers sound instruments to restore, rebalance, and harmonise the nervous system. The sounds can by-pass the mental chatter of our minds and you will be left feeling calm, centred, balanced and a deep level of relaxation. In this 90min session; • Ease into the session with a mindfulness exercise to get you back into your body. • Be guided through a meditation to relax you from head to toe, and every cell in between. • Enjoy being bathed in the vibration of the singing bowls whilst you allow your body to harmonise. • And, if you are open to it, a gentle scalp massage to help you let go even more. Open to all meditation levels, beginners to advanced. No previous experience required. No tickets sold at the event. What to bring: • Yoga mat if you have one or a blanket to lay on • Warm clothing for comfort • Cushion for extra comfort ***This event is capped at 18 people only. *** Dee Brennan is Wellbeing and Mindfulness Coach. As a mum and biz owner, she values her Wellbeing the most as this gives her the energy she needs to enjoy life. She can turn meditation from boring to something exciting to look forward. She is also well known for her magic hands, a massage therapist for 21years. Alana Maree joins us to share the ancient art of sound healing. For many years Alana was an executive in the public service. She discovered sound healing and meditation 10 years ago to support her through her fast-paced career.
