Restful Evening Kirtan - Live at Gungaderra Homestead Harrison ACT

Experience the joyous nature of Kirtan meditation... this is meditation like no other. JOIN US FOR OUR MONTHLY LIVE KIRTAN IN CANBERRA... Kirtan is yoga's most valuable treasure, the singing or chanting of sacred mantras. A way to experience spiritual happiness, growth, freedom, peace and love. Meditation isn't about sitting still with our eyes closed, rather it’s about bringing ourselves into the proximity of transcendental sound. That in which we can find actual shelter for our restless mind and aching heart… get cosy and let the music set you free. Be guided through breathwork and mindfulness, listen to a little yoga wisdom, with a delicious vegetarian dinner to cap the night off. This is meditation like no other... Take the time to deepen your understanding of yourself and how to live a more harmonious life with Yoga wisdom and transcendental sound. More info on our programmes here: Linktree
