WATER — LET IT MOVE An immersive Anima Arc evening inspired by the gentle movement and calming rhythm of water. Through guided meditation, cacao, gentle breathwork and crystal sound, you’ll be invited to slow down, soften what feels heavy and enter a deeper state of rest. Flowing music, deep blue lighting and a carefully prepared space will create an atmosphere that feels removed from the pace and noise of everyday life. Each part of the experience will move naturally into the next, allowing you to settle without pressure or expectation. No previous experience is needed. There is nothing to perform, achieve or force—simply arrive as you are and allow the evening to unfold. Your experience includes: • Guided meditation • Cacao ceremony • Gentle guided breathwork • Crystal singing bowls • Time for quiet integration and reflection Bring comfortable clothing, water, a blanket, an eye mask and anything else that helps you rest deeply. Yoga mats and bolsters will be provided.
