Through a combination of intentional breathwork, cinematic sound, music, guided visualisation, and premium 9D headphones, you'll be taken on a deeply immersive journey that engages both the mind and body. Led by Dr Sachi DeGiacomi, certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator, Osteopath, Clinical Pilates Instructor and Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) Practitioner, this experience brings together her clinical understanding of the body and nervous system with the transformative nature of breathwork. Set within the welcoming environment of Enhance Studio, you'll have the space to disconnect from the outside world and turn your attention inward. You may experience emotional release, a sense of calm, greater awareness, or simply the opportunity to pause and breathe without having to be anywhere else. You don't need to have any previous breathwork experience. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, mentally busy, emotionally drained, disconnected, or simply ready to give yourself some uninterrupted time, you're welcome here.
