Held on the sand, with the sound of the ocean as our backdrop, this 60+minute gathering blends breath, stillness, and sound to support nervous system regulation and deep relaxation. What to Expect Conscious Breathing – Gentle, energising breathing practices to wake the body and clear the mind, without forcing anything. Guided Meditation – A meditation to set an intention for the week ahead as the first light appears. Sound Healing Journey – Crystal singing bowls and Tibetan bowls accompany the sunrise, inviting the body into a calm, alert state. Connection Moment – A short, simple exercise to share presence with the people around you. Suitable for all levels. No experience required.
