Breathwork Experience

There's something you've been carrying that you haven't actually dealt with. You know exactly what it is. This is for that. This experience is centered on conscious connected breathing: continuous, connected breath with no pause between inhale and exhale. It's a physiological process, not a mindset exercise. The breath pattern itself changes your nervous system state and can bring up whatever your body's been holding onto, so it can actually move. You don't need prior experience. You'll be guided through the technique start to finish. Some people cry. Some people laugh. Some people just feel a lot of physical sensation and nothing emotional at all.
