It’s back! The annual Mo Bro Row — a high-energy morning of movement, mateship, and meaning — returns to raise funds and awareness for men’s mental health and suicide prevention through the Movember Foundation. This is more than a fitness challenge — it’s a chance to move for a mission, connect with community, and show up for something bigger than yourself. 💪 WHY WE ROW? Every minute, a man somewhere struggles in silence. We row to break that silence — to remind men that they’re never alone, and that true strength comes from connection. THE EVENT • Teams of up to 4 people per Concept2 RowErg (max 22 ergs/teams available - so get in quick!) • 1-hour time cap — row as far as you can, together • $100 entry per team (all proceeds go directly to the Movember Foundation) • Prizes + giveaways for distance, team spirit, and best mo donated by Salty Dagger ⚔️ • Everyone welcome!
