Through guided meditation, and an immersive sound healing experience, you’re invited to explore what it feels like to step away from the busyness of everyday life and create space to rest, reflect and simply be. This isn’t about escaping your life—it’s about giving yourself permission to pause and create space for rest, reflection and reconnection. Whether you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, emotionally exhausted or simply craving a moment to breathe, you’re warmly welcome here. You may notice a greater sense of calm, relaxation or stillness, or simply appreciate having an opportunity to pause and step away from the demands of everyday life. Because you’re not broken. What to bring Please bring: 🌿 a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on 🌿 a pillow 🌿 a blanket 🌿 a water bottle 🌿 anything else that will help you feel relaxed and supported Chairs can be accommodated for those who prefer not to lie on the floor.
