SAVA: A Country Day, Your Way

Escape to SAVA, a women’s country sanctuary. Rest, create, connect and enjoy a country lunch—all at your own pace. A self-guided reset for women at Riverbend Ranch, Tamborine Wednesday 18th November, 10am to 3pm Take a day away from responsibilities, busy routines and the feeling that you should be doing something. Breathe in the country air. Settle into a hammock beneath the trees. Enjoy a long verandah lunch overlooking the paddocks. Give yourself space to rest, reflect and recharge. SAVA is a self-guided country day for women, created around rest and the freedom to follow your own rhythm. There are no set schedule and no pressure to join in. Between 10am and 3pm, the space is yours. Wander between experiences, spend an hour in a hammock, or find one peaceful spot and stay there. There is nothing you need to achieve. Need to leave early for school pick-up? You're welcome to. We want your day to fit comfortably around your life. What's available Rest • Hammocks beneath the trees, with country air and birdsong • Deep rest, with optional relaxation or yoga nidra audio • Foot soaks • Reading and quiet time under a tree or on the verandah Move • A swim, or a quiet moment beside the pool • Gentle, self-guided stretching and movement • Country walks around the grounds, including the reflection walk along the fence • The tree swing, for a little lightness and joy Reflect and create • The fire pit area, a cosy spot to sit, journal or write a letter to yourself • Meditative art: colour, drawing and creativity, no experience needed • Self-reflective prompts to help you pause and reconnect • The Reflection Deck, a peaceful place to sit, notice and simply be • Optional audio experiences, including walking meditations and reflection Wander • Watch the horses from the paddock boundary, or try sketching them Or absolutely nothing. Sometimes that is exactly what you need. Included in your day Verandah lunch, tea and mocktails, with time to linger. [Dietary note: "We will reach out once booking is confirmed."] Optional massage Add a 30-minute massage for an additional cost. A seperate booking link will be sent to you. Your Eventbrite ticket does not include a massage. Come alone or bring a friend You're welcome to come by yourself or with a friend who'd enjoy the same gentle pace. SAVA is designed for individuals and friends attending together, so we're not able to host group bookings or celebrations. Good to know • What to bring Water bottle Towel Sunscreen AirPods or headphones (highly recommended, for the audio experiences) Swimmers, hat and sunglasses (see below) Wet weather gear if unstable climate conditions • What to wear Come as you are and dress for comfort. Think soft, loose and easy to move in.
