Community Yoga End of Year

Join us as we roll out our mats and reconnect with ourselves at Community Yoga — a space to nourish both body and mind as the year winds down. Take a moment to slow down, breathe deeply, and re-centre through a gentle, grounding flow designed to ease tension and invite calm. We’ll then transition into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra, guiding you into meditation and stillness — the perfect way to recharge and reflect before stepping into the new year. The class will be taken by Lisa from Embody Yoga. Bring along your thoughts of gratitude for the year that has been as well as yoga mat, water, a blanket for yoga nidra and comfortable clothes.
