2026 Move & Mingle - Term 4

Move & Mingle is a welcoming strength and balance class led by Jayne, designed to help you stay active, build strength, improve your balance and support your overall wellbeing through gentle, low-impact exercises. The class focuses on strengthening the muscles used in everyday life, helping to improve mobility, stability, posture and confidence, while supporting falls prevention. Suitable for a wide range of fitness levels, the exercises can be modified to suit your individual ability. Whether you’re returning to exercise or simply looking to keep moving, you’ll be supported to work at a comfortable level. What makes Move & Mingle special is what happens after the class. Participants are invited to stay for a cuppa, enjoy friendly conversation and connect with others in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Tea, coffee and light refreshments are available for purchase from our café, creating a lovely opportunity to make new friends, share stories and enjoy being part of our community.
