StART with ART - Session 4: Colour & Layer

Make space for what you want to express - not what anyone expects to see. When your days revolve around other people’s needs, choosing something simply because it interests you, can be a welcome change. This hour is yours to explore colour, follow a preference and make decisions that don’t need anyone else’s approval. Using oil pastel, build layers, change a mark or leave it as it is. Your work can express a feeling, idea or simply be an enjoyable arrangement of colour. There’s no right or wrong, only the experience you choose to create. Join Renae for a brief sensory arrival, unhurried making and an optional reflection on anything you’d like to take into your week. 60 minutes; no more than six participants. No art experience needed. All materials and aprons provided. Keep your work private or share by choice. No previous session required. Newcomers welcome; each session stands alone. This is creative wellbeing, not clinical art therapy. Make room for yourself. Come once or return regularly. Every session is a fresh beginning. Arrival from 6:00am | Session 6:15–7:15am • Please arrive between 6:00 and 6:10am to settle in. • The coworking-space doors lock at 6:15am, and late entry is not available.
