BARE: ONLY HER | Wellness Social Club

BARE: ONLY HER Tuesday, 1 December. Women only. About the Experience ONLY HER is BARE run for women. Every guest in the room is a woman, and so is the Sauna Master leading it. Same ritual, same room, same guidance, with the room to yourselves. BARE is clothing optional. Most guests are nude. Swimwear is welcome if you prefer it, and nudity here is treated as natural, neutral and non-sexual. It is a guided Finnish sauna ritual and magnesium contrast pool session in the natural human form, led start to finish by Sauna Master Amanda, the same master behind our Aufguss Tuesdays. Water infused with pure essential oils is poured over the hot stones, and Amanda moves the steam through the room with choreographed towel work set to music. It builds in rounds, with planned breaks to cool in the pools between each one. A Global Wellness Norm Clothing free sauna is standard practice in Finland, Germany, Austria, Japan and South Korea, built on hygiene, respect and shared social norms rather than anything provocative. BARE invites Australia into that tradition. Why Experience Sauna This Way • No synthetic fabrics against your skin in high heat • Greater comfort and freedom of movement • A calmer, less distracting room • Less social comparison and fewer external cues • A stronger sense of equality in a shared space What to Expect • A women only room, start to finish • A guided sauna ritual with essential oil infusions, towel work and music • Rounds of heat with planned breaks in the magnesium contrast pools • A team member nearby the whole time. If anyone makes you feel uncomfortable, they are asked to leave • A small sweat towel provided, with towel hire available if you want more coverage • Step out at any point you like. There is no expectation to stay in • Phones stay in the lockers • Women only. 18+ BARE Philosophy This is not about performance. It is about feeling comfortable in your body, free from expectation or evaluation, and giving the mind a chance to slow down. Remove the layers and the external cues and attention returns inward. You arrive as you are. Wellness Social Club is a third space, somewhere outside of home and work to reset and feel supported. BARE is a natural extension of that. What to Bring • Towel (hire available on site) • Water bottle • Swimwear, if you would like the option Important Guidelines • All guests complete the required waiver before attending • Tickets will be one per transaction, so every guest reads the terms and completes her own waiver • Strictly non-sexual. No inappropriate behaviour of any kind, including touching, sexual activity or sexual intent • No phones, photography or recording • Shower thoroughly before entering the sauna or pools • Respect personal space and keep the room quiet Register your interest Tuesday 1 December, women only. Session times and pricing are still being set and tickets are not on sale yet. Leave your details and we will let you know first.
