Recovery, Refined | Heat. Sound. Rest.

Recovery, Refined | Heat. Sound. Rest Saturday 21 November. Two sessions, 13 seats each. Two of our masters, one evening. An hour of heat and aroma in the sauna, then an hour of candlelight and singing bowls. The first hour, in the sauna: Aufguss with Sauna Master Amanda. Essential oils on the hot stones, then steam moved through the room with choreographed towel work set to music, so the heat arrives in waves. Three rounds, with time to cool between each one and breaks in the magnesium pools. The second hour, in the studio: Sound healing with Keiko. A short guided meditation, then Himalayan singing bowls while you lie still under a towel, candles low on the floor around you. The room is dark and warm. Nothing is asked of you except to lie there and listen. Choose your experience 5:30pm, Signature. Bathers or a towel wrap. 7:30pm, BARE. Clothing optional in the sauna. Most guests choose to be nude, swimwear is welcome. Towel wrapped for the studio. Nudity here is natural, neutral and non-sexual.
