Our Building Industry Meetup brings together builders, tradies, subcontractors, suppliers, designers and business owners from across Melbourne's building industry for a relaxed afternoon of genuine conversation and connection. No awkward sales pitches. No pressure to work the room. Just good people getting to know good people. A note for professional service providers We love the value that accountants, bookkeepers, finance brokers, marketers, coaches and other professional service providers bring to building businesses. But one of the things that makes Building Connections different is our commitment to keeping builders, tradies and building industry business owners at the heart of the room. If you're a professional service provider, we ask that you bring along a builder, tradie, client or industry contact when attending. It's a lovely opportunity to invite a valued client out for a drink, introduce them to new people and add a little extra value to your relationship. It also helps us maintain the balance that makes these gatherings so worthwhile. Coming for the first time? Please don't worry about walking into a room full of strangers. Look for the Building Connections banner when you arrive. We'll be there to welcome you, check you in and help you settle in. We love introducing people, especially when we think two people should know each other. You'll find a mix of regular faces and first-time attendees, and there's always room for one more conversation.
