LIMITED PLACES BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL This is an amazing opportunity for carers to get an entry-level experience of trauma-informed chair yoga in a safe and trusted space. 1-hour class with Feren from Australian Trauma Education Centre Trauma informed chair-based yoga session focussed on strength and mobility. Each session can be tailored and tempered to participants needs. Wear comfortable clothing • Stop if something doesn't feel right • Let the instructor know if you have any physical / health needs • Bring a drink bottle If you have any questions or issues with booking please call Mon-Fri 9.30-4.30. T: 9066 1500 Free parking available onsite (at rear of building off Rodd Street). NOTE: Carers who also have paid employment in the sector are not eligible for these sessions. This activity is intended to offer capability, opportunity and development to informal carers in the broader carer community. Carers who are registered with our centre and accessing peer support, group and therapeutic support will be given priority.
