Child Safe Champions 2-Day Training (in-person) What to expect Do you want to enhance your ability to recognise child abuse risks and confidently apply Victoria’s child safety legislation in practice? Looking to embed Victoria’s Child Safe Standards across organisational policies, systems and daily operations? Want to learn ways to champion a proactive, empowering Child Safe culture organisation‑wide? The 2‑day Child Safe Champions course builds practical knowledge and confidence in applying the Victorian Child Safe Standards and creating environments where children and young people are safe, empowered and supported. It’s hands‑on and interactive, with activities, real‑life examples and group discussions to help everyone understand how the Victorian Child Safe Standards work in everyday situations. When • Day 1 - Tuesday 27 October, 9:30am – 4:30pm, and • Day 2 - Wednesday 28 October, 9:30am – 4:30pm Each spot registered will include a ticket to Day 1 and Day 2 - with catering provided. *Please note this is a two-part training, with attendance on both days required.
