Electronic Odyssey Breathwork - Melbourne

Two hours of guided breathwork, built entirely around sound. This session runs inside one of Melbourne's most carefully designed listening rooms, custom Pitt & Giblin speakers, purpose-built for people who take audio seriously. If that means something to you, you already know what you're walking into. If it doesn't, know this, the depth and clarity of sound in this room changes what's possible in a breathwork session, every frequency held precisely, nothing lost, nothing muddy. Music guides the breath here, not the other way around. As the energy builds through the session, so does the sound, until you're moving through something closer to feeling than thinking. We'll close with time to land, integration space to sit with whatever surfaced before you step back outside. Facilitated by Nick, osteopath and breathwork facilitator, bringing a clinical understanding of the nervous system into every session.
