🌿 Kids + Parents Yoga — 7-Week Workshop Move. Breathe. Connect and Grow together. 💚 Looking for a fun and meaningful way to spend quality time with your child? Join Rooted Ryse Yoga for a playful 60-minute weekly yoga journey designed for children aged 6–12 years and their parent/caregiver. Each session combines yoga, partner activities, breathing, mindfulness, games and relaxation to encourage movement, confidence and connection. 🌱 Benefits Children will have opportunities to develop: • Confidence and body awareness • Focus and mindful attention • Simple tools for managing emotions and stress • Strength, balance and flexibility • Positive connection with their parent/caregiver Most importantly, it’s an hour to put aside the busy routine, be present and enjoy each other’s company.
