Sound bath meditation with Lama Tendar

Gyuto monk and Master sound healing practitioner Lama Tender, will provide a two hour group Sound Bath Meditation for deep relaxation and healing. Using a range of Tibetan healing bowls, gongs, traditional Buddhist chanting and guided meditation, Lama Tendar creates an immersive sound bath experience for the benefit of all. The sound bath meditation is a transformative experience that works to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and balance energy centres. This helps to restore positive vital energy to the Body, Mind and Speech - whereby your mind becomes more refined and refreshed, your body more relaxed and your speech more peaceful and pure. A sound bath healing and meditation session by Lama Tendar is a unique opportunity to experience beneficial transformative healing energy during a deep relaxation meditation. Everyone is welcome. We recommend that you bring a yoga mat, blanket, head cushion and dress in warm clothes for comfort during this immersive meditation. If you would prefer to sit upright in a chair, please let the event organisers know.
