Flows 'n Frequencies - Vol 2 90's Baby

FLOWS 'N FREQUENCIES: VOLUME 3 - 90's BABY This new concept is to combine breathwork, but with a twist. Each month we will be carefully curating a playlist from some of your favourite artists with a matching breath flow to create an immersive breathwork journey that is not to the usual style of beats. Join us on Sunday 25th October at 11.00am, where we'll explore deep breathwork paired with the transformative sounds of the magical 90's era—allowing their music to flow through each inhale and exhale, enhancing connection, release, and presence In this session, we’ll combine rhythmic breathing with funky nostalgic tracks from the 90's, diving into a transformative experience where their music amplifies the power of breath. Perfect for both newcomers and seasoned practitioners, this event invites you to connect to your breath, body, and soul—all through the frequencies of music that we love. Date: Sunday 25th October Time: 11.00am Location: Infinite.co, 14 Pakington Street, St Kilda Ticket Price: $44 We cannot wait to welcome you along to FLOWS 'N FREQUENCIES.
