EVENT DETAILS: A 90-minute restorative experience using your breath as a pathway to greater calm, presence and nervous system regulation, helping you reconnect with a deeper sense of safety, stability and vitality within yourself. Modern life can keep us constantly busy, distracted and switched on, leaving us feeling anxious, overstimulated, fatigued or disconnected from ourselves. We can become so caught up in our thoughts, replaying the past, anticipating the future and navigating the demands of everyday life. Grounded Embodiment is an invitation to slow down, come out of your head, reconnect with your body and return to the present. Through gentle, intentional breathwork and embodied awareness, you’ll be guided to reconnect with the innate wisdom and intelligence that already exists within you.
