In collaboration with Little Picnic Manor, we’re bringing you an intimate outdoor experience designed to help you slow down, move your body and embrace your creativity Picnic & Flow is a playful wellness experience hosted by Soul8Purpose in collaboration with Little Picnic Manor, inviting you to step away from the everyday busy life and reconnect through movement, nature and creativity. We’ll begin with an outdoor Vinyasa yoga practice, flowing through intentional movement, breath work and guided meditation to ground the body and quiet the mind. From movement into moments of connection, you’ll then be welcomed by Cindy from Little Picnic Manor into their Signature styled picnic setting. Settle in, enjoy a selection of sweet and savoury bites with tea refreshments, and embrace a little creative play through a guided oil pastel workshop. Inspired by the beauty of a twilight night sky, you’ll create your very own artwork to take home, a little reminder of the afternoon you made space for yourself. A morning of movement, mindful moments, picnic treats and creative expression. No pressure. No expectations.
