Relationship Breakthrough Live Event

Some patterns deserve a closer look. Relationships can hold some of life’s most meaningful moments. They can also reveal the responses we return to when we feel unseen, under pressure or unsure how to speak. Relationship Breakthrough Live Event is a one-day workshop for men with researcher, author and facilitator Rory Kilmartin, hosted by The Men Spirit. It offers space to explore relationship patterns, communication and the responses that can arise when we feel under strain. What the day will explore Rory will introduce the Four Relationship Archetypes as a framework for reflecting on recurring dynamics. The aim is not to label yourself or anyone else. It is to make more room for awareness, responsibility and choice. Across the day, the workshop will explore: •patterns that can repeat in close relationships; •communication when pressure, uncertainty or conflict arise; •how family history and learned responses can shape the present; and •practical reflection on connection, responsibility and choice. About Rory Kilmartin Rory Kilmartin is a researcher, author and facilitator whose work explores relationship patterns, communication and the dynamics that can emerge under stress. For more than three decades, he has studied how people make sense of themselves and each other within close relationships. In this live workshop, Rory will share the foundations of his framework and invite men to consider the questions it raises for their relationships, family life, work and sense of self.The event is hosted by The Men Spirit, a community-led men’s wellbeing platform grounded in connection, self-awareness and emotional resilience. Kosta and Shane will be present throughout the day to help maintain a respectful, well-held environment. This is an educational and reflective workshop. It is not therapy, a clinical service or crisis support.
