Where R&B meets sound healing. An immersive experience designed to receive music not as performance — but as medicine. Step into an intimate evening of live music, reflection, and soulful presence. Created by Stephanie Guillen (Autmn Rains), founder of R&B Sound Healing, this immersive experience blends live R&B vocals with gentle healing soundscapes to create a space for rest, reflection and reconnection. Familiar R&B songs are reimagined to awaken memory, evoke emotion, and offer a moment of stillness in an otherwise busy world. Rather than listening to music as performance, you're invited to receive it as medicine. This experience is for anyone feeling overwhelmed, emotionally depleted, mentally busy, or simply longing for a moment to pause and reconnect with themselves through music. During the session, you'll be invited to lie down, get comfortable, close your eyes, and allow the music to gently guide you inward. There is nothing to achieve, fix, or figure out. Simply pause, listen, and receive. Your ticket also includes a thoughtfully curated take-home care package to support reflection and integration after the experience, including herbal tea, journaling prompts, gentle aftercare guidance, and a handcrafted keepsake created especially for this gathering. No prior experience is needed. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle into the space. Doors will close promptly at the start of the session to preserve the experience for all participants.
