RUN REPUBLIC – MELBOURNE Join us for a morning of movement, connection, and good vibes at MSCR's Run Republic - Melbourne! Whether you're a seasoned runner, prefer a steady stroll, or just looking for a fun way to kickstart your Saturday, we’d love for you to join us as we run (or walk) in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF). Hosted by Muscle Republic and Steph Keenan, this is your chance to connect, move, and refuel with an amazing community. To mark the month and the launch of Muscle Republic’s fourth annual ‘United in Pink’ collection, we are coming together to sweat for a cause. Whether you're navigating recovery, showing up for a loved one, or simply repping the ribbon for the 1 in 7 women and 1 in 600 men in Australia who will face a diagnosis in their lifetime—we are in this together. All donations for this event will go directly to the NBCF, helping to fund world-class breast cancer research to achieve their vision of Zero Deaths from breast cancer. 📍 The Details • Date: Saturday, October 17 • Time: 9:15 AM - 11:30 AM • Meeting point: The Terrace - Corner Alexandra Avenue &, Anderson St, South Yarra VIC 3141 • Distance: 5km community run OR a dedicated 2.5km community walk (perfect for those who prefer not to run but still want to support the cause!) • Pace: Social pace. All running and walking paces are welcome! We have dedicated run leaders for the front and 'back of the pack,' as well as a designated walking group leader, so absolutely no one gets left behind. • Who to bring: Friends, family, and your doggos are all welcome (come rain, hail, or shine!). We encourage everyone to wear a splash of pink to support the cause! 💗 ⏰ Event Schedule • 9:15 AM – Arrival & check-in: Sign in, meet the crew, and mingle before we get moving. • 9:25 AM – Welcome & warm-up: Official welcome from Steph Keenan and our hosts, followed by a dynamic warm-up to get the legs ready! • 9:30 AM – The run & walk begins: We hit the pavement for our beautiful, scenic 5km route and our 2.5km walking route. • 10:05 AM onwards – Post-run social: The best part! Stick around to chat, connect with the community, and enjoy post-run/walk refreshments, breaky, and MSCR goodies on us!
