To breathe. 🌿 To reflect. ✨ To honour all that 2026 has held. 🤍 Not just the milestones, achievements or things you can tick off a list — but everything you have experienced along the way. 🌿 The beautiful moments. 🌿 The challenging ones. 🌿 The people who supported you. 🌿 The unexpected changes. 🌿 The laughter and love. 🌿 The endings and new beginnings. 🌿 The lessons you didn't ask for. 🌿 And the quiet ways you have grown through it all. She Who Nurtures: Reflections is a two-hour journey of self-compassion, kindness and appreciation — an opportunity to turn inward and recognise just how much you have moved through this year. Sometimes we reach the end of a year already looking towards what's next, without stopping to acknowledge the person who carried us here. You. 🤍 Inspired by the teachings of Tara Brach, we'll explore what it means to look back at our year with compassion rather than judgement. Instead of asking, Did I do enough?
