Our Slow-Paced & Chair Yoga class is a welcoming and inclusive program designed for people of all ages, bodies, and abilities. Whether you're recovering from injury, returning to movement, managing chronic pain, or simply looking for a gentler approach to yoga and meditation—this class is for you. Each week, our experienced facilitator, Peta who has trained in Bali, guides you through gentle postures, mindful breathing, and restorative chair-based or floor-based stretches. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, more connected, and more at peace. 🧘‍♀️ What’s included: • Slow, accessible movement and stretching • Optional chair-based poses for those who need them • Deep relaxation and guided meditation • Breathwork to calm the nervous system • A safe, welcoming space to move at your own pace This class isn’t about perfect poses or flexibility—it’s about making time for yourself, tuning into your body, and moving in a way that feels good and sustainable.
