Social table tennis - Spring into Summer Series 2026

Table tennis is a great way to exercise, improve your hand-eye coordination and have fun with friends! It is played inside by two or four people. Players stand at each end of a table which has a low net across the middle and hit a small light ball over the net, using small bats. At RecWest Braybrook, we run casual table tennis sessions every Tuesday and Thursday. We provide all equipment, so you can focus on having fun – and mastering that serve! Ages: Our sessions are suitable for older adults, however anyone is welcome. When: Tuesday and Thursday nights, 8:00pm – 10:00pm What to bring: Please bring a sweat towel, water bottle and exercise appropriate clothing.
