Theme for September: The Wood element Join us for sound healing and relaxation in Caulfield South. Alex has trained in sound healing for many years, and is an experienced meditation practitioner. Start your week with profound relaxation. Come away with your own tools for relaxation. We encourage you to pay attention to the shifts in body, mind and spirit. All ages are welcome. Cost: Donations from $10 (normal price $55) Time: 7.00pm to 8.30pm Place: Caulfield South Community House 450 Kooyong Rd, Caulfield South VIC 3162 Notes for attendees Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket, there are a limited number of spares available Please make sure you arrive at least 10 minutes early so that we can start on time.
