The Ancestral Journey is a 9D Breathwork session designed for people carrying weight that feels older than their own life. Inherited patterns, inherited fears, inherited "I have to earn love" wiring that came down through the family line long before you got here. If you've ever asked yourself, "Why do I carry this fear, this scarcity, or this reactivity when my own life doesn't justify it?", this one is for you. Over 61 minutes, we use deep breathwork and guided imagery to trace your lineage back, meet what's been passed down, keep what serves you (your strength, your capacity to love, your sensitivity), and release what was never yours to carry. There's a physical de-armouring piece where the body gets to put down the weight it's been holding in the chest, gut, and throat. The session ends with a cathartic release, a long loud exhale, almost a scream, that gives voice to the generations before you that didn't get to. This sits at the deeper end of what I run.
