The Journal Club

Sunday 25th October 2pm-3.30pm Infinite Co This has been such a requested event! Introducing The Journal Club. Join us for a relaxed and welcoming journalling session designed to give you a little space to slow down, switch off and reconnect with yourself. You’ll be guided through a series of thoughtful journalling prompts, giving you the opportunity to reflect on where you’re at, what’s been happening beneath the surface, what you’re grateful for and what you might want to create more space for in your life. No journalling experience is needed and there’s no right or wrong way to do it. Simply bring yourself, grab a cup of tea, enjoy some snacks and settle into a couple of hours of reflection, conversation and community. Whether you come alone or bring a friend, this is a space to pause from the busyness of everyday life and take some intentional time for yourself. Come as you are. Put pen to paper. Slow down. Reflect. Connect.
