Walking Soccer - Spring into Summer Series 2026

Walking soccer is a low-impact, modified version of soccer where players are required to walk instead of run. The game maintains the essence of soccer while reducing injury risks, making it ideal for seniors, those recovering from injuries, or anyone looking for a gentle yet engaging way to stay active. Who can join in? Adults aged 18 years and over. This is suitable for people with disabilities, or adults looking for a non-contact, low impact sport to have some fun.
