Wilder Circles - November Nature Connection Walks

Why Join Us? Life can get pretty busy and we all know how winter is more cozy spent inside, with the heater on and maybe a hot drink in hand. But the natural world during the early part of Spring is busy getting ready and some already beginning, to change! It is known that nature walks are incredibly good for our bodies and minds, they ground our nervous systems and help us think with more clarity and purpose. So why not do that with other likeminded people? Connect in the real world! Overview: Join us for a local suburban walk in some of Melbournes green corridors. All first time walkers will be given a Wilder Circles Field Notebook, where you can be curious and partake in nature-connection prompts with others, then later share your discoveries or wondering questions. These prompts may include, sketching or writing, all for your own eyes and you can share what you like! TUES 17th 6:00pm-7:30pm Darebin Parklands, Alphington SUN 28th 11:00am-12:30pm Coburg Lake Reserve, Coburg What to expect at each walk location: Walk length: approximately 4km, some unpaved path. Activities: Using our field notebooks, exploring and connecting with each other along the way Bring along: A drink bottle and a pen. Highlight: Connect with nature and others outside in a beautiful green corridor! About Wilder Circles Wilder Circles is a community built with nature.
