Women's Blueprint Networking Night

A relaxed night of real conversations and genuine connections with great people from across the construction and manufacturing industries. Join us for the inaugural Women’s Blueprint Industry Networking Night, bringing together great women and men from across the construction and manufacturing industries to connect, share experiences and build genuine relationships. This isn’t about awkward networking or collecting as many business cards as possible. It’s about getting good people in the same room, having real conversations and creating connections that might actually go somewhere. We’ll kick off the evening with a 30-minute industry panel exploring what it really takes to attract, support and retain women in traditionally male-dominated industries. Expect an honest conversation about what’s working, where the challenges still are, and what women, men, employers and industry leaders can all do to help create workplaces where women can build long-term careers. Then, there’ll be plenty of time to grab a drink, enjoy some canapés and meet people from across the industry in a relaxed environment. Whether you’re on the tools, in the office, leading a team, running a business or supporting the industry in another way, we’d love to have you there. And importantly, this event is for everyone. Women and men are both encouraged to attend. Real conversations. Genuine connections. A stronger industry.
