It's a conversation about what happens before menopause—when things can start changing but you may not yet know why. Perimenopause can look different for every woman. You may have obvious symptoms. You may have subtle changes. You may feel completely fine one month and completely different the next. And sometimes, the hardest part is simply knowing what's normal and what isn't. That's why we're bringing different professionals together in one room. One evening. Multiple perspectives. Real questions. Practical information. Who is this for? This event is for women who: • Think they may be entering perimenopause • Are noticing changes in their periods, sleep, energy, mood or body • Feel like their usual exercise routine isn't working the same way • Want to understand changes in strength, recovery or body composition • Have questions about pelvic health or sexual health • Want to better understand their hormones • Feel overwhelmed by conflicting information online • Want practical, evidence-informed strategies • Simply want to understand their body better If you've been thinking: "Something feels different, but I don't know why." This conversation is for you. What you'll leave with No fear. No quick fixes. Just good information and real conversation. Perimenopause can feel confusing. Your periods change. Your sleep isn't what it used to be. Your energy, mood, recovery, strength or body may feel different. Maybe you're exercising the same way but getting a very different response from your body. And you may be wondering: Is this perimenopause? Is this normal? What can I actually do about it? When should I seek help? You don't have to figure it out alone. Join us for an evening of evidence-informed education, honest conversation and practical strategies designed specifically for women navigating perimenopause. We're bringing together a multidisciplinary team of women's health professionals to explore the physical, hormonal, psychological and lifestyle changes that can happen during this stage of life. This isn't about fear, quick fixes or telling you that everything is a symptom of hormones. It's about helping you understand your body, ask better questions and feel more confident navigating the changes you're experiencing. What we'll talk about PERIMENOPAUSE: WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING? Understand the hormonal changes occurring during perimenopause, what can change and why symptoms can sometimes feel unpredictable. YOUR BODY & PELVIC HEALTH Explore changes in bladder function, pelvic floor health, sexual health and your changing body—and what you can do about them. STRENGTH, EXERCISE & PERFORMANCE How should you approach exercise when your body starts responding differently? We'll talk about strength, resistance training, running, recovery and staying active through perimenopause. SLEEP, STRESS & MOOD Perimenopause isn't just physical. We'll explore sleep, stress, mood, mental wellbeing and the relationship between your hormones and your overall health. NUTRITION & LIFESTYLE Cut through the noise around what you "should" and "shouldn't" be eating during perimenopause, and explore practical approaches to supporting your health. WHEN SHOULD I SEEK HELP? What symptoms are common? What deserves further investigation? And which health professional can actually help? Meet the Women's Health Collective This conversation brings together different areas of expertise because your health doesn't exist in separate compartments. You'll hear from: Women's Health GP Hormonal health, symptoms, medical assessment and treatment options. Pelvic Health & Sports Physiotherapist Pelvic health, strength, exercise, movement, recovery and staying active through perimenopause.
