Yin Yoga (Maribyrnong Girls Can Week 2026)

Celebrate Maribyrnong Girls Can Week through Yin Yoga practice of passive holding of seated and lying down yoga poses. The focus is on the breath and sensations of the body. Very meditative practice that passively opens the body and quiets the mind. Date: Saturday 31 October 2026 Location: Coulson Gardens, Maribyrnong Time: 10.00am - 11.00am Audience: Women and young girls What to bring: Water bottle and Yoga Mat Participant Disclaimer/ terms and conditions Active Maribyrnong programs are provided free of charge to encourage the community to be active and participate in health and wellbeing activities.
