Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law or where a refund is expressly authorised by All Event Cruises. Refunds may be provided in exceptional circumstances, including event cancellation due to extreme weather or public health emergencies. • Late Arrivals: The vessel aims to depart at the scheduled time and cannot wait for late passengers once boarding has closed and the gangway has been removed. Late arrivals and missed departures will not be refunded. • Cruise Duration: Advertised cruise times may include embarkation and disembarkation. All indicated times and routes may be adjusted at the discretion of All Event Cruises management and/or the vessel's Captain. • No Mid-Cruise Transfers: There are no mid-cruise passenger pickups or drop-offs. 🔞 Age Restrictions, Licensing & Security • 18+ Events: All guests attending events advertised as 18+ must present valid photographic identification. • Licensed Venue: MV Calmer operates under strict licensing and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations. • Strictly No BYO: Outside food and beverages are not permitted onboard. • Payments: Cash and card payments are accepted onboard. • Bag Policy: For safety and security reasons, bags larger than a purse or clutch are not permitted onboard. All bags are subject to inspection before boarding. Guests arriving with backpacks, large totes or other prohibited items may be refused admission without refund. • Personal Belongings: Bags and personal items must not be left unattended. All Event Cruises Pty Ltd accepts no liability for lost, damaged or stolen personal belongings, to the extent permitted by law. • Refusal of Entry: All Event Cruises reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who fail to comply with venue policies, safety requirements, crew instructions or responsible service of alcohol regulations. 🪑 Seating, Footwear & Accessibility • Limited Seating: Unless otherwise advertised, events are primarily standing and dancing-style experiences, not table-service or seated-viewing events. Vessel layouts are determined by All Event Cruises to accommodate event activities, passenger movement, dance floor space and onboard safety. Limited unreserved seating is available throughout the vessel; however, seating cannot be reserved or guaranteed. Guests must not bring their own chairs, stools or other seating onboard. Personal seating may create safety or access issues and may result in refusal of entry. Guests are encouraged to view previous event photographs on our social media pages before booking to understand the vessel layout and atmosphere. Unsuitability based on seating preferences, event format or personal requirements does not constitute grounds for a refund, except where required by law. • Footwear Policy: MV Calmer has steep stairs and marine surfaces. Tall, stiletto or pointed heels are strictly prohibited. Flat shoes or low, chunky heels are recommended. • Accessibility: MV Calmer is not a fully accessible venue due to its multi-level layout, steep stairs, wharf arrangements and marine boarding access, which may vary with tidal movements. The vessel cannot accommodate wheelchairs. Ticket purchasers and attendees are responsible for assessing whether the vessel and event are suitable for their individual accessibility, mobility and personal requirements before purchasing tickets.
